FOR THE 54K, 33K AND 21K CATEGORIES:

WHEN CIRCULATING THROUGH SECTIONS IN HIGH MOUNTAIN, IT IS MANDATORY TO HAVE: EMERGENCY TECHNICAL WHISTLE, RAIN CAMPER, THERMAL OWL, GLOVES, MULTIFUNCTION NECK, THERMAL BLANKET, REGULATORY ELEMENT OF HYDURATION AND PRIME MOISTURE BOOTS / MOISTURIZING ELEMENT (CARAMAÑQUÍN) AID (THAT CONTAINS AT LEAST: PAIR OF DRESSINGS, GASES, DRESSINGS, DISINFECTANT, ANTI-SPASMODIC, ANTI- DIARRHEAL AND ANTI-INFLAMMATORY).

THE HELMET IS NOT MANDATORY, BUT IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

COVID-19 SITUATION

Given the situation of being faced with a virus that is being known day by day, the health protocols for COVID-19 demanded at the time and for the type of event by the National, Provincial and Municipal authorities will be adopted, in addition to the recommendations made by International Trail Running Association (iTRA).

Runners who meet at least one of the following points may not be allowed to enter the event:

  • On the day of the event, its temperature is ≥38 °;

  • Have had symptoms or have been detected COVID-19 in the last 14 days;

  • Has been in contact with a symptomatic person in the last 14 days;

  • Or another condition that has been defined at the time as a possible person of contagion by the Ministry of Health of the Nation;

As well as, it is possible that people considered high risk are recommended not to attend the event. What

In addition to the technical talk, mandatory online training may be required on the protocols runners should adopt.

In the event that due to force majeure the event cannot be held on the defined date, the runner may use his registration in any of the following 3 editions of the Huemules Challenge, always bearing in mind that he requests his registration when there are still places available.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The technical shirt of the race must be over any clothing. All participants must respect the paths indicated by the organization. Those who deviate from it will be automatically disqualified by the prosecutors and / or career controls. There will be mandatory checkpoints that will be at certain places on the tour. Rain: There is no suspension due to rain, unless the organization considers that bad weather could be dangerous for the physical integrity of the runners. Teams of two members must be together throughout the course, with a distance not exceeding 50 meters apart. The use of ropes or other elements that unite the 2 members is prohibited.

PERSONAL AND NON-TRANSFERABLE REGISTRATION

The registration is personal and non-transferable, and cannot in any case be transferred to another person, even being from the same team. In the event that it is detected that it has been used by another runner, they will be disqualified. Only the runner's kit will be delivered in the corresponding instance (accreditations), against presentation of the Medical Certificate, ID, proof of registration and disclaimer (granted by The Organization at the accreditation place).

PROHIBITION: THOSE WHO WIN THE WINNER WILL NOT BE ABLE TO UPLOAD THE PODIUM CARRYING FLAGS / BANNERS AND / OR ANY ADVERTISING OR PROMOTIONAL ELEMENT.

REGISTRATION RETURN POLICY AND DISTANCE CHANGES

Notifying the withdrawal until 10/31/2021, you can request the recognition of 100% of the amount paid for the registration of Huemules Challenge 2022.

Notifying the withdrawal until 12/15/2021, you can request the recognition of 50% of the amount paid for the registration of Huemules Challenge 2022 .

Notifying the withdrawal until 01/15/2021, you can request the recognition of 25 % of the amount paid for the registration of Huemules Challenge 2022 .

Distance changes can be requested until 02/15/2022. In case of opting for an increase in distance, the difference between the two must be paid at the current value. After that date, no further changes are allowed.

MEDICAL CERTIFICATE

Debe ser posterior a 05/09/2022.

El modelo a "Descargar" es a modo indicativo. Cualquier apto médico es válido.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

INSURANCE:

The runners are insured with a Personal Accident policy, with a scope of coverage limited to the events that occurred while participating in the event, so that it does not cover the risk “in itinere”.

-Care and respect for the environment is one of the priorities of this competition. Anyone who does not take all precautions to maintain the environment as it was found will be penalized with disqualification. This includes that it is totally forbidden to destroy the flora and fauna, to throw any type of waste out of the trash cans - no matter how minimal - during the tour and in the base area. Fires can only be lit in the fire area and with prior notice to the organization.

-It is mandatory to run with the shirt delivered by the organization over any garment, with the number completely visible placed on the front and held by the four corners, and cannot be cut, folded or hidden. The sanction for non-compliance with this section will be the call for attention and, if it is not rectified, the disqualification.

-The loss of the chip will be punished with disqualification.

-It is mandatory to complete the entire route traced for the organization, so in case of not complying with the official route, obtaining an advantage, the runner will be penalized with disqualification.

-Assistance between runners is allowed, excluding any form that helps another runner in the march, being understood as: pushing, pulling with ropes or similar elements, or any other form of traction or pushing between participants. In the event of this situation being verified, an attention call will be made and, if the situation persists, disqualification.
